Description of the Role: The selected candidate will be responsible for increasing the income of their customer portfolio; arranging the renewal of contracts; preparing, monitoring and revising reports for each client; working together with hospital managers and medical librarians to develop a strategy that promotes the uses and benefits of UpToDate; and updating the CRM system with sales activities. The position will be based from a home-office.
Requirements: A minimum of 3-5 years in sales in the hospital sector in the public and private markets. Knowledge of the CRM system (SalesLogix/Salesforce.com or similar). Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Availability to travel to congresses and national and international meetings. Excellent English and Portuguese –spoken, written and reading–. Knowledge of other regional languages would be a helpful.
