Spanish Speaking Technical Support Professional

Description of Role: The main responsibilities will include: Ability to communicate with analysts and customers to explain the next steps to take or how to resolve a problem. Responsible for managing multiple complex cases. Responsible for managing technical investigations and progress after an investigation by a technical support analyst. Undoing changes.
